FIS is pleased to announce a alliance to expand their traditional consulting services. At the FAOG Conference in Nashville, October 11-13, 2015, we will introduce Angela Lust as a resource for foundations who need executive level services for transition planning and organizational capacity building. We first met Angela when she was active on the Blackbaud/Fusion Labs User Forum and served as the Chair of that group.
Angela Lust gained a great deal of experience as she served for over a decade as the Senior Vice President at the Amarillo community foundation. She also works with business owners to transition from their business. Angela’s educational credentials include an MBA and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation. Her current volunteer commitments include service on the boards of the Amarillo Area Estate Planning Council, the Amarillo affiliate of Financial Service Professionals, and the Center for Rural Entrepreneurship based in Lincoln NE. She is also a member of Business Enterprise Institute, an international network of business exit planners.
Angela’s experience with foundations and non-profits include the areas of: transition management, operations (information technology, human resources, administration) and operational capacity building; grant and gift strategies; and program development/management, including cross-sector collaboration. Angela’s passion is helping others envision, articulate and develop processes that enhance organizations and communities, particularly those at the intersection of community/economic development and philanthropy.
